Stop Sentry Property from removing Prior Property Manager Fernando Soto

We the undersigned Tenants here at Delmont Estates are asking for This petition to be started on behalf of Fernando Soto and his wife Cynthia Soto prior Property’s Managers Of Delmont Estates. The reason for us starting this petition for Fernando Soto and Cynthia Soto Is because Fernando was removed from his employment due his wife Cynthia Soto reaching out to the company letting them know that She was no longer going to work for a company that was constantly making her feel like they were Discriminating against her in many ways, also because of her mental health issues. Fernandos wife Cynthia suffers from Anxiety and Depression and is a suicide survivor which is the whole reason She requires an Emotional Support Animal. We the tenants here also feel like we are not being treated with fairness nor appreciate the fact that we are Great tenants by being discriminated on due to our personal reasons. Despite of everything you have read here both of these people are hard working people that since day one have worked consistently 24 hours a day 7 days a week thru (weekends and holidays). This place has never been so well taken care of since there employment here at Delmont Estates and they also help out especially with the partially disabled and disabled residents here on the property. Meaning they are checked up on daily, they are brought there newspaper in the morning, they take out there garbage, shovel out there car when it snows and anything extra that is needed. We tremendously appreciate all the work they have performed here and would respectfully ask for them to be left were they are most wanted and needed which is here with us at Delmont Estates. It isn’t really all they do for this property but what they do for us that makes it a better place to live in. The bond and family, friendly relationships we all have built here are great memories to have captured. Something we all got used to. Thank you so much for taking your time out and patience to listen to this request as our request is from more than one tenant. For even taking such consideration into doing so.
