Students both female and male should not have to see another students underwear above the belt. Your underwear were made to wear under your clothes. Not to been seen in a blatantly manner.
You can have swag without flashing the whole student body. This was not created to stop students from having a sense of fashion/style, swagger, having fun , or the freedom to dress however they want. Many say they sag for "Comfort." If you want comfort buy jeans that are comfortable that aren't on your knees.
Students should respect themselves and others. Help stop sagging in our school!

This should be enforced during school at James Bowie High School.
