Canberra definitely does not need a larger population. The more it grows, the less liveable it becomes.
As suggested in previous posts, we need to find a new way of measuring what we value and not relying on economic measures which do not adequately account for human needs and progress.
Stop population growth.
We will exceed the carrying capacity of the land more quickly.
It simply isn't sustainable.
