At the beginning of many films aired on Turner Classic Movies (TCM) they have one based on "Pop Up" books. You open the book and film characters pop up. You can see Gene Kelly and "Singing In The Rain, the title character from "King Kong", Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn from "Bringing Up Baby", and Charlton Heston from "Ben Hur". The problem is the one for "She Wore A Yellow Ribbon", starring John Wayne and Ben Johnson. In the original scene a group of cavalrymen are standing and Johnson is holding a Confederate flag. Now the Confederate flag is missing, no where to be seen, removed via computer effects. Why was the Confederate flag in the scene in the first place? (Please forgive the shouting) THEY WERE AT THE FUNERAL OF A CONFEDERATE GENERAL!! Everybody go over to the TCM website and ask that the Confederate flag be returned to the promo and end their double standard of editing out the Confederate flag and yet at the same time boast they are airing original unedited movies from Hollywood's Great Years.

"We ask Turner Classic Movies to restore the unedited opening promo by restoring the Confederate Flag, and live up to their claim of unedited and historic films."
