People have been modding and hacking since video games first came out.
For example
People who mod games can kick/ban you from the game, or even spawn kill you, which is stressful. Modders in Grand Theft Auto 4 can trap you by spawning stuff around you such as skating ramps. Or they can start you on fire or even made you explode. Every time I join a game all these this always happen to me and non-modders.
Modding is a very serious crime, and needs to be stopped. People who mod can freeze your system, forcing you to restart it.
