بدینوسیله ما ملت ایران اعلام می داریم به دلیل آنکه تمامی منابع مالی، منابع طبیعی ملی که متعلق به تک تک ایرانیان است، در دست حاکمیت نامشروع و ناصالح می باشد و در جهت حمایت از تروریسم و امیال قدرت طلبانه حاکمیت و نه در جهت رفاه مردم و پیشرفت کشور بکار گرفته می شود. بنابراین این درخواست را هم حق هم وظیفه خود می دانیم که:
تمامی محموله ها و مبادلات کالایی و مالی دولتی ایران در همه زمینه های انرژی، بانکی، معادن و صنایع و فلزات و غیره در هرسطحی به نفع ملت ایران تعلیق و توقیف گردد.
تمامی منابع مالی سپرده در بانکهای بین المللی و منابع مالی نقد و فلزات گرانبها و فلزات اساسی انبار شده در کشورهای جهان که بنام مقامات حاکمیت ایران یا بدون نام یا با نام اشخاص و شرکت های موهوم یا ساختگی ثبت شده است ، ضبط گردد و تا زمان اداره کشور از سوی دولتی شایسته منتخب واقعی مردم ایران ، این دارایی ها نزد نهادهای نظارتی بین المللی به امانت نگهداری شود.
ما مردم ایران کاملا مخالفت خود را در صرف اموال عمومی ایران اعلام می کنیم. اموال و دارایی هایی که برای حاتمبخشی حاکمان غیر مشروع به قدرت های جهانی جهت استمداد در تثبیت قدرتشان بکار گرفته می شود و یا در جهت بلند پروازی های نظامی و هسنه ای صرف می شود.

Therefore, we consider this request both our right and our duty to:
All shipments of energy and commodities and financial exchanges of the Iranian government in all fields of energy, banking, mines and industries, metals, etc. at any level should be suspended and seized for the benefit of the Iranian people.
All financial resources deposited in international banks and cash financial resources and precious metals and base metals stored in the countries of the world, which are registered under the name of Iran's sovereign authorities or without names or under the names of fictitious persons and companies, Should be seized and be kept in trust with the international regulatory until the actual election for a competent government from the people of Iran.
We, the people of Iran, declare our complete opposition to spending Iran's public property. The property and assets that are used to ladle out by the illegitimate rulers to the world powers or spent to help stabilize their power or are used for military and humanitarian ambitions.
