「各大学で、講師やスタッフを、有期などの不安定雇用にしたり、派遣や委託など、外注化する動きがあります。このほとんどは、学校教育法や派遣法に違反であり、かつ、経験を積んだ教職員へのリストラと、アウトソーシングは、雇用破壊＝使い捨てとなり、教育水準に対して大打撃です。今すぐ、違法派遣・偽装委託をやめ、まともな直接雇用を行なうべきです」

General Union says: Some universities, schools, and colleges are trying to cut costs by using agency workers and dismissing experienced instructors and staff. Outsourcing threatens everyone's job security and educational standards.
