The Weber County Planning office has received a request to approve a conditional use permit to allow a heliport service (year round 7 days a week) at Red Moose Lodge, which is located at 2547 N Valley Jct.Dr, Eden Utah.
We, concerned residents of Ogden Valley, petition the Commissioners of Weber County to not grant a conditional use permit to allow a heliport to operate at The Red Moose Lodge in Eden, Utah.
We feel that it does not contribute to the general well being of the community but does infact impose conditions that are not compatible or complimentary to surrounding homes, school, business or open lands.
The proposed use would lead to the deterioration of the environment, wild life and particularly the values of private property in the immediate vicinity.
