How many of you have been affected by Green Tree Servicing LLC, with their high interest rates, and unwillingness to work with home owners in this economic downturn. I tried for 4yrs to get a permanent modification, to no avail.
On October 1, 2013 my house was sold on the court house steps, for a third of the price I owe them, but they couldn't sale it to me at that price. Why is that allowed to happen to people who want to save their homes and good names.
We, the people signing this petition, would like laws put in place, to save homeowners from the lenders who would evict the original owner, and sell the property, at a friction of the amount owed, to someone else. I think this is a travesty.
