On 7/7/09 our precious dog Shorty was killed instantly by a speeding car on Willoughby Ave and Stanley because of no stop sign.
There have been numerous animal accidents and car accidents at this intersection and the one previous going east as there is no stop sign there as well-Willoughby and Spaulding. It is too long of a stretch for cars to build up speed.
Please help us get a stop for Shorty's loss and many others.
We as the community of West Hollywood request a stop sign on Willoughby and Stanley and/or Willoughby and Spaulding.
We need to stop animal death, car accidents, and pedestrian fear to cross. Please for the peace of the victims.
