Digicel has been providing the Jamaican populace with cellphone service for a number of years, lately most of their customers are complaining about their malicious practices as it relates to their data services and high volume of lost credit from customers cellphones. Many Jamaicans have been losing money because of over useage of data which flows over and remove most if not all of their calling credit even after purchasing data plans. Digicel customer care are very vage and constantly have an excuse as to why they wont reimburse you the credit they have stolen from customer's phone resulting in customers constantly buying credit. This is highway scamming and we are calling on the Jamaican government to put a stop to this as too many persons have been affected by this unscrupulous act Digicel is carrying out. One individual came home for the summer holidays and have lost over $10,000 in cash and credit to Digicel and when confronted via customer service, their excuses are scripted and lack of empathy. This is a cry for help from the government as this is people's hard earn money that these wealthy people are taking from the Jamaican public amd we need a solution NOW!! We are livid, we are furious and we've just about had enough of this abuse!!!!

We are calling on the Jamaican government to take action against the injustices brought against the Jamaican people by Digicel. We need Justice! We need the government to stand up and do a thorough investigation into the robbery that goes on with this phone company. It is absolutely disgusting and we need something to be done!- This is highway scamming!! Call MOCA!!
