This petition's point in question is not the visuals. The actor's voiceover and subsequent music score are the culprits in this filmic crime of inhumanity. The actor's script suggests that the unprofessional looking cakes are depictions that should mentally correlate with images of child abuse, domestic violence, misogamy, and animal cruelty. A world of hate had been impressed in less than one minute.

Kraft Foods Inc., Comcast Inc. and The Food Network have collaboratively and uncaringly have bought down the whole humanitarian industry and an entire network of human, children’s rights, gender rights, animal rights and welfare, and many more issues at the heart of the matter that do more for humanity in one hour than an entertainment corporation could do in a thousand years. They have literally denigrated the entire humanitarian industry.

This petition is expressly directed to the writers, producers of creative content, and any other individual who had a choice and took part in the worst food commercial ever in human history to air.

Together with the orchestrated minor keys score eluding to a very depressive outcome, a world of hate had been impressed upon in less than a minute.

Not only does the commercial apparently desensitize the human condition and the traagic stories of our inclination for abuse to women, gays, people of color, children, animals and any other federally mandated community. The commercial steps on and crucifies a whole number of organizations that are for many, a last resort of salvation, rescue and safe harbor from the cruelty, abuse and deviant acts of human kind. Their volunteers work exhaustive hours, and are away from home, families and loved ones for days and weeks at a time. Organizations and people like these demand our respect, our praise and our thankfulness, not our hooting, laughing and utter disrespect. This ad does no good for anyone but help push human abusive, torturistic and misogynistic buttons, it is not funny. It is not working, and it should be immediately pulled from any scheduled airing in the United States and around the globe. Finally we are asking for a public apology expressly targeted towards the Humanitarian industry and all volunteers.

We the undersigned request the discontinuation of this advertisement and all future scripts that have possible comparative and or identical language. We the undersigned are requesting also that you publicly recognize the pain that you are causing others by the airing of this commercial and that by your sheer ignorance and unwillingness to do so de-validate their lives even more so, when all they have are their horrors and hopeful rehabilitation left or you can continue down this path where you will only be allowed to eat cake, because we will not.

Researchers for a good quality food commercial have a universe full of good research material and art history available to them to draw upon including jovial, humorous and newsworthy human events. A highly saleable product does not need to denigrate entire communities by going to the depths of human sorrow and torture to find profit making ideas. All it takes is just a little imagination.
