State Defense Force Mandatory Requirement for States who have stood down their SDF'S

Most Stares still have their State Defense Forces. Some States have senselessly and relentlessly not to mention selfishly stood down their State Guards. We are now coming into a time in human history where we will need these valiant volunteering heros.
These people I speak of are priceless to the rest of our Nation and are the backbone thereof. Lifting themselves up to do the things that a lot of people are either too lazy or ignorant to do. Helping out and providing relief in natural disasters and even will take up arms to protect our communities and Country if necessary.
