Ariel Castro has been charged with 4 counts of rape, and 3 counts of kidnapping. We find this to be simply outrageous.
The following charges need to be added to prevent this from happening ever again.
I. Forcible Confinement - (For imprisoning these women for 10 years).
II. Assault and Battery - (For deliberately causing the mis-carriages of babies by punching the mothers in the stomach).
III. Rape of a Minor - (Clearly at the time of abduction at least one victim was under the legal age of sexual consent).
We, the undersigned, call on the President of the United States, The Office of the Attorney General of the United States, and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office to add the above charges to the Ariel Castro's case.
