The Bd. of Ed. is now considering and started cutting back spitting on school property. They're fining kids (starting in high-schools) for hawking on the tarmac or grass if caught.
These kids could be on welfare, foodstamps or worse, therefor making even bigger complications for their bills and foods. I could understand spitting on someone (as a third degree assault), but on free land!?! Thats just bull!
We, the undersigned, call on all the Boards of Education worldwide (if started) to stop fining children, teens, or preteens for spitting on school grounds.
