Skype, and all other voice communication software do not have any packages to the Middle East. The only packages there are mainly to the "First-world nations".
Skype needs to create packages for the Middle Eastern countries such as Egypt, Lebanon etc. They have unlimited calling to other countries for a monthly fixed price, so they should have the same for the Middle East - I know that would get thousands of subscribers, and it would probably be a world first.
So, a monthly fixed price for unlimited calling to a country in the Middle East, and maybe a package featuring all of the Middle East.
