Since basically every convention has taken place in France I would like to give fans that don't get the chance to go there to meet their favorite artists and share moments with them. Since the Seul convention is going to happen I though why not try this and the dream it conventions team said that the minimum to have a convention in another place is 1000 people so please sign this.
