Serve an ASBO on Wirral Borough Council's Cabinet

Having no other recourse, we, the undersigned, petition Wirral’s Anti-Social Behaviour team to serve the councillors of the Wirral council cabinet with an ASBO under your laws regarding selfish, intimidating and unacceptable activity that can blight the life of people and communities.

As anti-social behaviour can be perpetrated by groups including, under new laws, those in public buildings, we feel that the behaviour of the Wirral council cabinet falls well inside the unacceptable behaviour which these laws describe. Therefore we are asking for them to be evicted from the premises of Wallasey Town Hall by the ASB team.

These people have been going around for the last few months now threatening to close down an unprecedented amount of our community centres, leisure centres and libraries, and if we don’t accept it they said they would take more money off us. This is an incredible act of anti-social behaviour, these occupants want to destroy our communities unless we give them more money. We hope you will do something and get these people evicted as they are blighting the lives of many THOUSANDS of residents across the entire Wirral peninsula. We hope you will fulfill your duty to us and evict these people for the sake of everyone.

We suggest that they should not be allowed near any other buildings of power lest they ruin other people’s lives also. We hope you treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Thank You.
