Serious Note for COVID-19

Dear Narendra Modi Ji,

My Name is KANISHK VIRMANI a student from Jain group of institution (JGI) since the begnning i was worried about COVID-19 but when i deeply thaught about it the things given below doesn't goes away from my head . I would also like to draw your attention towards it .

I would like to share a very serious concern regarding the testing of COVID-19
I have seen many people working on a daily bases even after closure of malls and other public areas (mostly its in local markets where lower or lower middle class people live) , just because they use to buy food for their stomach from the daily basis earned money (like TAJJA PAKAO TAJJA KHAO)

I want to know what will happen to these people if they get effected since we don't have any proper testing facilities for them as well as some of them are not known proper hygiene & precautions Or either way I mean to say that they are careless

In case they get effected from this harsh Coronavirus, they will be spreading it everwhere in public & We are not prepared for it

FOR EXAMPLE: IF ONE OF THEM GET IT AND IT'S UNTESTED THEY WILL BE SPREADING IT UNKNOWINGLY EVERYWHERE AND THE PHASE OF THIS PANDEMIC WILL DIRECTLY COME TO AT LAST LEVEL OR COME TO IT'S PEAK AS THE COST OF THESE TEST ARE VERY HIGH FOR POOR PEOPLE

From my point of view, they will be postponing the symptoms Because they won't be having enough money to check it out or they will be careless cause of false news
And results everyone knows if they had this pandemic disease

Suggestions
Prior lockdown of whole India (only medicine nd groceries shop will remain open so that people won't panic for rations)

Medical last year students can come into the fields and help the doctors like other countries

COVID - 19 test should be free for the people's having all symptoms of it

Sanitizers and disinfectant should be made available at less cost (if anyone caught selling it on high rates or smuggling it should be highly fined + imprisonment)

There is a powder by life boy which if mixed with water becomes a green colour disinfectant hand wash and it's TOO CHEAP (they use to sell it for just Rs.15)

Government should allow the private testing lab to test COVID-19 with proper Symptoms (free of cost to people who can't afford)

Please look into the matter as you are the only hope for us to fight against it
As well as most of us already not going out from homes

I will research on the idea's i have found nd will get back to u again
