We the unit owners of Omega Condominium Association hereby petition the Omega Recreation Council for the INSTALLATION OF A SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM FOR ALL COMMON AREAS over seen by the Council. Estimates obtained for this system should include capabilities for viewing via computer and/or iphone which would be available to the 11 presidents and board members at any time if suspicious activity is in question.
The aforementioned project being petitioned is to be added to the immediate agenda of the council. The purchase and installation of this security system shall be made through and by the contributing funds from reserve money account administered by The Council of which the 11 buildings are member
We, the undersigned, ARE OMEGA CONDOMINIUM UNIT OWNERS.
We are signing this petition to have a camera security system installed in all omega condo common areas funded by the Omega Condominium Recreation Inc.
