Ok so due to the COVID-19 the government decides to shut down schools across the country. So now all parents that have children in school now are covered up with work for their kids to do for this school year. And every single kid has tons of work to do that is normally in public school doing this work. But the teachers are still going paid for all this work that they are no longer doing. And ot one person thinks of how much more this puts on these parents especially when it's our hard earned tax dollars that pay these salaries. I am doing this petition to stop the teacher pay and give it back to the parents that are doing the teachers work for them now and teaching their kids and still paying these tax payers for these salaries. No more tax dollars should go for teachers who are no longer teaching these kids. Parents should get these tax dollars back since they can no longer work due to all of the work their kids have to complete each day for school. By the time the finish up their schooling it's pretty much the entire day and all work is out of the picture. We should not have to pay for teaching funds when we are doing the teaching.
