The Spencer RC Park Corporation wants to build a radio controlled car race track at Pederson Park. They plan to build a 110x125 foot venue at Pederson Park.
It will consist of a dirt track, rock crawling area, and an off road course.
Due to the high traffic of 10th Ave. E. and the safety of the children, We the people feel this location would not be suitable nor in the best interests of the community and it should be re-located to a SAFE area away from 10th Ave. E.
