Thurrock Councillors along with community police officers are set to cave in to the growing menace of graffiti vandalism.
They believe that the solution to this problem is to hand over areas of the borough, to these vandals, as part of a deal to stop them vandalising high profile areas.
We would like to see true democracy in Thurrock and believe that residents should have the final say.
