Ron Fenech the chair of Winnall Community Association is trying to close down the Winnall Social Club.
The Winnall community will lose it's social club in a matter of weeks if we can not show our support to keep this lifeline open.
The social club has a thriving membership of 300 plus and provides a sociable place for all ages to share.
We regularly raise funds for local charities.
We have been fighting this closure for over a year now, the working relationship of the current chair of the Winnall Community Association is shocking.
Please help us to keep YOUR social open by showing your support in signing this petition.
We need to insist on Winchester City Council stepping in to see that a professional and fair committee is put into place in the WCA and that the committee will be true supporters of keeping it available for the COMMUNITY!
We the undersigned call upon Steve Brine and Winchester City Council to stop the closure of Winnall Social Club.
This Social Club has been in place since 1964 and is a valuable lifeline to the community and needs to be protected.
