The koala is now an endangered species that is in danger of going extinct.
The Black South Summer bushfire of 2019-20 had killed 5000 koalas and affected 24% of habitats in New South Wales alone.
1.In the fire in2019-2020 , about 61,000 koalas were killed.
2.Koala hospital records show that about 300 koalas are killed ont he roads in South East Queensland each year.

1.Set"Watch out for koalas" signs on roads.
2.Ask the general public to plant eucalyptus.
3.Ask the government to establish a relevant organization to protect koalas, ask the government departments in charge of disasters to take good care of fires, set up temperature and humidity detectors , and ask those in charge of pests and diseases to pay attention to the invasion of alien species.
4.Set up the koala protection law, and if they violate the law, they will be fined,and the money will be used as emergency relief funds for koalas, which will be allocated to ambulance personnel and fire brigades in emergencies.
The laws include:
(1.)People should manage their own pets and livestock well to avoid harming koalas.
(2.)People should get permission from koala conservation groups before developing land for agricultural and mining development.
