Highland council in their wisdom have decided that as from the 26th August to stop all mini-bus transport to the I.R.C despite protests from the carers and attenders.
They have also DECLINED OFFERS to help with the transport running costs.
WE NEED YOUR HELP - THIS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN!!!!
We the undersigned call on the Highland council and its executives to keep the bus transport system to the Isobel Rhind Centre in Invergordon running!
Highland council in their wisdom have decided that as from the 26th August to stop all mini-bus transport to the I.R.C despite protests from the carers and attenders.
They have also DECLINED OFFERS to help with the transport running costs.
This is a valuable service that helps not only those that attend the Isobel Rhind Centre but also their carers.
The Isobel Rhind centre is the main day care centre in the Ross-Shire area, providing care for adults with learning disabilities.
If this service is stopped some of the more vulnerable within our community will suffer!
