The Golspie Gala Week wheelbarrow race could be scrapped, after complaints from drivers caught up in the traffic.
The traffic which is only stopped for about an hour, could easily be diverted over the back road.
This event only happens once a year, and with it being in its 35th year in 2008, lets hope we can keep it going.
Please sign our petition, to help save this part of Golspie's History.
Taking away the wheelbarrow race, would be like demolishing Dunrobin Castle.
