The City of Janesville is planning on building an aquatic park with a possible location being the dog exercise area of Palmer Park.
The proposed site is used year round by dog owners.
The proposed aquatic park will be in use 78 days per year.
The proposed aquatic park is too close to I39/90 and noise level will hinder the effectiveness of lifeguards.
The proposed aquatic park will also be adversely affected by highway pollution.
Please note, if more than one person lives in your household, all can sign this petition.
We, the undersigned, object to using the dog exercise area of Palmer Park as a site for the proposed aquatic center.
Please keep this area reserved for dogs and their owners.
