Bristol City Council want to cut funding from The Centre for Deaf People!
They will stop funding from 1st November 2011, if this goes ahead we will have NO EQUIPMENT SERVICES, NO SPECIAL PROJECTS, NO YOUTH SERVICES AND SOCIAL DEAF CLUB. THE CENTRE WOULD HAVE TO CLOSE AFTER GIVING 127 YEARS SERVICES TO DEAF PEOPLE IN BRISTOL!

We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to Save The Deaf Centre and Services.
I, like hundreds of other Deaf, HOH, and Hearing people rely heavily on the Centre for equipment services, youth Services, support, advice and well being.
Lives will be put at risk should the Centre be unable to carry out its valuable work.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE CUTS TO OUR SERVICES!
