Save St.X Reserve Hockey

This program was created ten years ago by my dad Tyler Kangas. St. X Reserve hockey was created to give guys the opportunity to try something new and do something they would have never thought they could. When the program was first started I was about eight years old and I would go out and skate with the guys and "help" my dad out as much as I could. At first it was kind of just something fun for me and good excersse, but over the years the reserve community has become part of my family. I do not know where I would be right now if I had never been apart of this program, and I don't think certain people understand that it is more than just about the hockey. We are a family and we fight for our family. Just because Coach retired doesn't mean it has to be the end.
