Save Rugby: We Want Fifteen Against Fifteen

Over the last couple of years rugby matches have been increasingly influenced by the issuing of yellow and red cards. Although the card system has noble intentions, there are issues that need to be addressed. It's extremely unfair to issue cards where no intent to infringe is evidently clear. It's also unfair to ruin the contest with uneven number of players on the field. By all means, sanction a player who intentionally infringe, but in the case of a yellow card let that player be replaced during the 10 minutes. In the case of a red card, let the player be replaced and ban that player for the next two or three games.

We as fans pay a lot of money to follow the game. We deserve a real contest on the field.
