Save Ravenscourt Park Cafe

Ravenscourt Park Cafe is under threat. The contract for provision of catering services has been put up for tender by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and the present holder and leaseholder, Danielle, who has run the cafe superbly for the past five years, can, if she fails to meet the requirements of the Food Specification Tender, be given two weeks' notice to quit.

It is entirely possible that the tender process would result in a national chain or multiple running our cafe rather than a local person. In her tenure at the cafe, Danielle has transformed it from a dingy, cheerless place into a vibrant space that serves all factions of our community, from the elderly to young families and local business folk alike.
