American Transmission Company (ATC) proposes to install high powered 345,000 Kv electrical line on 15 story towers along the eastern border of the historic Indian Lake Park in Dane County Wisconsin.
The proposed route violates the mandate given by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission to keep power lines installed along already established routes and urban corridors.
The proposed power lines will significantly damage Indian Lake Park which is protected by Dane County for its natural resources and as a Wisconsin Historical Landmark.
We, the undersigned, call on American Transmission Company (ATC) to abandon its recommendation to build the Badger Coulee Power Line near Indian Lake Park, a Wisconsin Historic Landmark, located in the Town of Berry, Dane County Wisconsin.
