Coach Rye has been coaching basketball at West Geauga High School for 20 years with dedication and integrity.
The school district wants to fire her and are trying to replace her with a teacher with no head coaching experience and no investment in the team.
Coach Rye has no intention of resigning and would rather be fired than quit on her team.
