Bottisham Airfield Museum was formed in 2009 to commemorate the forgotten role played by Bottisham in WW2. Since then the museum has built a collection of artifacts & displays and the museum has had over a thousand visitors.
The museum is now under threat due to the proposed sale of the land to residential developers.
We believe this unique site should be saved for future generations. If it can't then a suitable alternate home should be found for the museum within Bottisham.
We the undersigned believe that the Bottisham Airfield Museum plays a valuable role in telling Bottisham’s forgotten role in World War Two & if the museum loses its current home then every effort should be made to find it a new home in Bottisham.
