The Elizabeth Township community stands with the Elizabeth Forward (Youth) Soccer Association in opposing the re-purposing of the Boston Soccer Field for any reason, especially the current proposal for new sanitation facilities; We appreciate your support at a special Act 537 Plan meeting to be held on March 2, 2017 at 6pm at the Municipal Building.
The Elizabeth Forward Soccer Association, a non-profit organization based in Greenock PA, has served the community for decades providing youth ages 4 – 19 an opportunity to learn the game of soccer, and develop foundations in sportsmanship and teamwork. We serve hundreds of local residents (thousands through the years) and are proud of our longstanding working relationships with Elizabeth & Forward Townships, Elizabeth Borough, and other local youth sports organizations.
We, the undersigned, certify that 1) I am a either a member of EFSA, or have friends/family who are members, or I am a resident of the EFSA coverage area of Elizabeth & Forward Townships and Elizabeth Borough, and 2) I do not want to see another resource like the Boston Soccer Field, the only soccer field available through the township, taken away from our children.
