Save a Canadian child from a life of abuse

There have been four years worth abuse reported to Children and Family Services by the mother, the school, the child’s psychologist, and a concerned friend. None of these reports helped the child once the father started making generous donations to CAFS while under investigation. The Cayman Islands CAFS have recently been forced to admit to the public that they are not up to the standards that is expected by the UK. The director of CAFS blames the Ministry, but she is the one who refused to address this child’s issues and assign a new social worker!

The original judge who heard the case has recently been suspended due to four years worth of complaints of misconduct made against her, including complaints of racism against expatriates and women.

Another judge has recently thrown out the case, refusing to hear recent evidence of abuse and serious health issues. The case is not to be allowed back in the Cayman Island courts for one year and the mother is to leave her child because of a new immigration law in the Cayman Islands will not allow the mother to stay.
