Sandwell council intend to implement the dogs control laws by making it law to keep dogs on leads all the time on all land in open air in Sandwell.
We, the undersigned, call on Sandwell Council not to implement the dog control law relating to keeping dogs on leads in all open spaces.
We believe they should have large areas where they can run free under supervision.
