Parents are noticing the rise of close calls when it comes to trying to cross a crossing near schools. Currently you legally do not have to stop at a crossing due to no white lines on road.
We are asking council to help us keep our children safer.
We the residents of fraser coast are asking our Fraser Coast Council to make all supervised crossings at local schools full time zebra crossings.
We are requesting zebra crossings to be permanently placed so it is safe for our children at all times while no crossing supervision is available.
