Sack Tim Anderson for his disgraceful racist actions

We the undersigned demand that University of Sydney take disciplinary actions and sack Dr Tim Anderson, lecturer at Department of Political Economy.

It is unacceptable that the pride of Australian universities and the university ranked among the top 60 universities on the world level is employing such unethical "academic" who is acting as a thug.

Not only Tim Anderson has murky past as spokesperson for organisation that had spread terror and fear in Australia for decades conducting terrorist attacks resulted in the death of many innocent people. But we believe that his recent conduct is very far from being academic, balanced or serving any academic cause.

He was engaged in unethical campaigns to defame many respected people in our society based on lies and deceptions. This include mounting and leading vicious campaigns to defame community leaders and active peace campaigners. At many occasions he backed calls to decapitate some of these respected community leaders and active members.
Even in his visits to Syria and North Korea, his observations and analysis were never sound, academic, unbiased or accurate.

Few days ago, we knew that he endorses hate attacks on Jews in Australia and around the world. Such hate attack that goes against any ethic of any academic institutions. We even believe that his actions violate many Australian anti-discrimination laws.

It is a total disgrace for one of the most prestigious universities in Australia to have such thug among its academic staff. We demand that you correct this serious mistake by taking disciplinary action against this person. Let us remind you of how many times he embarrassed your university in the public discourse with his unethical behaviour and his murky past.
