Roblox Headless Horseman On-Sale All Year

On the world wide app, ROBLOX, there is an item called Headless Horseman. Most people use it just for the headless part to make their avatars look unique. However, this item is limited and only comes out in October. This is always a hassle for most users among the app knowing they have to await this item. Personally, I have lost money because I bought robux for it right after it went off sale. I was very disappointed. I am surely not the only one who feels this way. This item is worth 31K robux. I don't understand why it only comes out once a year. If it came out and stayed out, ROBLOX would certainly make more money. Sign this petition if you agree.
