My name is Samantha Kizilkaya and I am a British citizen. My husband Ergun Kizilkaya is a Turkish citizen. We have know each other for many years and been married for 3. We have a gorgeous little boy called Levent. When our son was born Ergun was here in the UK on a visitor visa. We then applied for him to stay longer which the court refused.
We were told he has to go home and apply for a Spouse visa which the rule is I need to be earning £18,600 which I do not and probably never will. The judge agreed with this and knows he will never be granted a Spousal visa but still refused us anyway. 2 years later we are still fighting for our Human Rights. They are trying to seperate my husband from his son and do not see this as a breech of Human Rights.
We are not giving up hope but we need as much help as possible to keep fighting. So many people come in to this country and get everything for free. Just because my husband is not in the EU he gets nothing and no rights. This is wrong and so many people are suffering for it.
Please sign our petition and help us keep going.
Please allow this family the right to stay in the UK and keep both parents together.
Reconsider our application and allow Ergun Kizilkaya entry clearance.
