Reality shows have taken the entertainment industry by storm. However, it is very apparent and obvious that in the screening process, people of color aren't given a fair change to exhibit the same opportunities as other races. It's time to level the playing field.
The screening process is unfair and biased when choosing participants to be on the show.
We, the undersigned, call on the networks to increase and provide more fair and just opportunities for people of color to participate on reality shows.
