There are major inconsistancies in the Australian Child Support System. We are asking for a review of the Child Support Agency to make it fair and equal for all parties.
Currently, some Men are driven to Bankruptcy or even suicide due to the current policies and some woman struggle for years getting no help at all for there little ones.
We are not looking to burden anyone with our responsibilities but just to make it fair.
We, the undersigned, call on the Minister for Social Services to Call a prompt review of the Australian Child Support Agency (Specifically its laws/rules petaining to both paying and recieving parents) and also the rights for both parents (ie. if we are intitled to 50/50 care of our child, we should get that without having to get a second mortgage to fight for it in court).
