After hearing of Lisa Armao's resignation due to differences with the Board, many of us were surprised and dismayed. Although there may be differences we believe efforts to mediate the situation should be made and communication about the circumstances of these differences should be forthcoming.
We are not in support of Ms. Armao's resignation and wish to make the Board understand how many support her.
I am signing this petition in support of the Executive Director at the Montessori Academy of Colorado, Ms. Lisa Armao.
As members of the Montessori Academy of Colorado corporation, we hereby direct the Board to seek all possible remedies to retain Ms. Armao as the Executive Director.
