Texas was once its own country free to make its own choices. Many Texans have lost sight of this and are unaware that it is a viable option for us to do again. Neither the US Constitution or the Texas Constitution states that secession is in any way illegal.
Texas as well as every other state has the right to chose whether they want to chose to stay in the United States. The framers of the Constitution saw the states as just a coalition of the states coming together to form a nation and system of security. These securities have been violated time and time again with the ever increasing powers of the national government as it continually saps the liberties from the common citizens in every state.
It is time for the people to stand together and form once again the Republic of Texas to ensure that all of our liberties are protected and can never be encroached upon again.
The citizens of Texas have become subject to the lose of freedoms promised under the US Constitution, which is the only law Texas is subject too, and it is time to reclaim those rights.
Texas has the right to secede if it deems that the rights promised have been in any way violated and they have been time and time again. Texans have only just lost the pride it once meant to be a Texan!
If you still have that Texas pride and want back all of your lost freedoms and the right to control your own fate in the world today then forming the Republic of Texas is the best way to regain all of the freedoms the a FREE people deserve!
