The Belle Plaine City Council has passed an ordinance that restricts large grocer/retail combo stores from our city!
We, the undersigned, are opposed to the Retail Development Restriction Ordinance number 08-02; which prohibits the establishment of certain grocers in the City of Belle Plaine.
We call on the City Council to repeal this ordinance.
