Since the trucks have been re-routed, they have been causing road deterioration.
The trucks are travelling through residential area, causing noise pollution and causing pot-holes and other road defects, throughout our town, rather than just on the original highway route.
We, the undersigned, call on Wellington Council to maintain and repair the town's roads.
Also, we want the trucks re-routed back to the original highway route - where roads can handle the traffic, and away from residential areas.
