Due to the unlawful acts of removing Confederate Monuments in the City of New Orleans. We as Southerners are offended by the actions of the City commission. We do not think that the NCAA should allow the City of New Orleans to profit from any bowl game.
WE the undersigned individuals ask the NCAA to remove the Sugar Bowl from the city of New Orleans. WE are offended that the city has decided to take it upon themselves to remove the Confederate Monuments that so many Americans gave their lives for. We do not want the city of New Orleans to profit from any sporting event that is sponsored by the NCAA. This is a Southern Heritage and we do not think the SEC Conference should be tied to such a city as New Orleans.
