Remove the Fair Usage Policy of WiFi or Just Let Foreign Investors Enter

For the past years, these WiFi providers have been so unfair to the Philippines. They are not all listed above, but those listed are the ones you can really notice. Especially PLDT and Globe, their FUP Policy is bullsh** and I mean it, why would they throttle our WiFi speed if we are paying for it? For example you are paying 5999 per month for PLDT or Globe for a 1GB per second, but didn't you notice you still have really slow connection? Why would they do a plan like that if they can't even let users have a 7MB per second rate!

FUP should be removed, as they believe it is fair to all users, when you use up all your data in day, they throttle it to 256kbps, which is so frustrating. Fix that or just let President Rodrigo Duterte let foreign investors come in, like Telstra, Google Fibr, or what. That would server better instead of scam or sh** plans that will just waste your time and money.
